AI capabilities are accelerating rapidly, and many SMEs don't yet have access to what's already possible today. We want to change that. But we are also deeply convinced: AI adoption cannot be mandated from the top. It must happen through dialogue — with everyone affected. Only then do real concerns surface, including 'Will AI replace my job?' — and only then does lasting acceptance emerge.
Tobias and Lukas run every project personally — strategy, design, and a large part of the delivery we do ourselves. When a project needs more hands, a small circle of two to four trusted developers and AI practitioners we work with regularly steps in. Responsibility stays clearly with us — and we only commit to what we can actually deliver.
